EN A Telegram video generator is a bot that turns a sentence, or a photo, into a short video clip without leaving your chat. This page is the short version of how it works, what each choice costs you, and the two or three things that trip people up on their first clip.
The five steps
Open the chat. Start the bot in Telegram. There is nothing to install, no account to create and no waitlist. Your Telegram account is the login.
Say what you want. Send a written description, or attach a photo and describe how it should move. A photo with a caption in the same message is the normal way to animate something you already have. Photos never cost extra, however many you attach.
Pick a model. Five are available and they differ mostly in what a second costs and how good the result looks. The entry model is two credits a second at 480p, the quality tier is 88 at 1080p.
Pick a resolution and a length. This is the step where the money is. The charge is the rate times the seconds, so doubling the length doubles the bill, and the length options run much further than most people expect, up to thirty seconds on two of the models.
Wait a couple of minutes. The clip arrives in the chat as a file you can forward or save. The bot pings you, so you can close it and come back.
Where the cost actually goes
Two levers move the price and neither is hidden. The rate comes from the model and resolution you chose. The multiplier is the length. Everything else is flat: sound is inside the rate where a model has it, and attaching reference photos is free on every model. The pricing page lists every rate in one table.
There is one exception worth knowing before you meet it. Two of the models accept a reference video, and they bill that clip’s own seconds on top of the output’s. A ten second reference feeding a ten second result is charged as twenty seconds.
The mistake almost everyone makes first
Drafting at high resolution. The difference between a rough version and a final one is not the resolution, it is whether the shot is the shot. Find the framing at 480p on the cheapest model for a dozen credits, then re-run the version you liked at 1080p. People who do it the other way round spend several hundred credits learning that the composition was wrong.
Getting the first clip free
