EN This page describes what the video bot actually does with your data, rather than restating a template. It is written for this product specifically, because a video bot handles different material from an image one: uploads can be clips, and results are large enough that we deliberately do not keep them.
What is stored
Your Telegram account id and chat id, your interface language, and the tag on the link you arrived through if there was one. Then, per generation, the text you sent, the model, resolution, aspect ratio and length, what it cost in credits, and links to the input files and the result. Payments are recorded as amount, method and status.
What is deleted, and when
Files you attach are written to the server so the generation provider can fetch them over a signed link. Those files are removed as soon as the request reaches a final state, success or failure alike. They are not kept as a library, and the signed links are not guessable.
The finished video is not stored by us at all. What you receive is a link to the provider’s copy, and the provider keeps it for roughly two weeks. If a clip matters to you, save it out of the chat rather than relying on the link.
What we never have
Your phone number, your contact list and your other chats. Telegram does not hand a bot any of that, and the bot never asks. Card details are equally invisible: every payment method runs on the provider’s own checkout, so numbers are entered there and never reach us.
Who else sees your material
The generation provider does, because it is the party doing the work. Your prompt and any files you attach are sent to it to produce the clip. Payment providers see what a payment needs, which is the amount and whatever their own checkout collects.
Deleting your data
Ask through the contact link in the footer. Deletion removes your account record and the requests attached to it. Payment records are the exception, since we are required to keep those for accounting.
Changes
If what the bot stores changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the bottom of the site moves. It is worth re-reading if you have been away for a while.
